Wine Tasting & Dinner Evening - 24 April 2012

The next wine tasting and dinner club evening is scheduled for Tuesday the 24 April 2012. Clear your diaries and book your seat for this very interesting evening. The tasting starts at 19:00 sharp.

During this session we will taste Pinotage wines. Cape Wine Master Charl van Teijlingen, winemaker of Maison de Teijger, will guide us through the tasting. Those of us who attended the previous evenings will confirm that Charl's relaxed but very engaging way of sharing his knowledge made the evenings most enjoyable. The evening is for those of us who love wine, especially red wine.

Chef Natalia will once again spoil us with a three course meal that will complement the wine of the evening. During dinner you can order any wine off the wine list, this is however not included in the price per head of R175.00. Booking is essential as seats are limited. Succulent venison steak in phyllo basket with a red wine jus, topped with onion and beetroot marmalade, served with vegetable chips
