How to make the perfect Roulade

So how do we create our famous Chicken Bacon Roulade you ask? Its all in the preparation! 

- Layer your bacon strips in a row on a sheet of cling wrap.

- Give your Chicken breast a smash, using a handy tenderizer

- Chop your dates into fine pieces and mix with creamy danish feta

- Pop your flattened chicken breast on the already packed bacon strips

- Take your delicious date and feta mix and line it on the chicken

- Carefully roll your roulade to make a tight cylinder and tie the end bits of the cling wrap with string.

- Now take your perfect bundles of goodness for a jacuzzi in a pot of boiling water and let them relax for 20 minutes

- Once they've relaxed enough, take the cling wrap off and place in an greased baking tray, cook for a further 20 minutes

And voila! Chicken Bacon Roulade! 



Add a sauce or collect a take-away of our Famous Ke-Monate Sauce for added yumminess!
